"SkyRider 47:34" is an emotive response to Bud Berning's imprisonment in a broken body. The album examines life and death from the perspective of a man caught between the two. "These are sounds from the coma." At once primordial and modern, "SkyRider 47:34" is a swim through the ether of the subconscious.

In his debut album, he mixes live instrumentation with blends of organic and inorganic sounds, samples, vocal snippets and unregistered frequencies. "SkyRider 47:34" is produced, recorded and mixed by SkyRider with guest musicians appearing on several tracks. The album is instrumental except one vocal song, "Masters of Deception", that features vocals from Jim Wurster, which will soon be released on 7".
